Doesn't work with /rfx

The usage of RemoteFX would decrease latency by a lot, especially in a localhost environment. Though when I tried using /rfx flag for xfreerdp3, it crashed the installer. If I tried adding the flag after it installed however, It will work on regular windows rdp shortcut, but not with applications.

@Brad1944 I guess /rfx is not supported in combination with application streaming.
