Pleroma Install Guide Updates Needed

  1. Link to Erlang repository instructions works but details in the link are out of date. Raspbian also seems to install Erlang version 1:21 by default instead of 1:22 which is the current version, even with the new repository information.
  2. Dependencies for Pleroma have changed and that needs to be taken into consideration.
  3. It would be nice to have instructions on how to run everything on alternative ports, given that many cable providers block standard HTTP and HTTPS ports.
