gpd-pocket3 fix for ubuntu 23.04

gpd3:

• Injection of intel config needs to be reenabled (https://github.com/wimpysworld/umpc-ubuntu/commit/133f92245348c159d8edb0ed1aaca880d56ac5f4) to prevent tears discussed here -> https://github.com/wimpysworld/umpc-ubuntu/issues/48
• Injection of audio related configs in modprobe should be disabled: it breaks audio on 23.04, and doesnt work on 22.04 anyway (at least N6000 version)
• Injection of touch screen rules is not necessary too at least starting from 22.04
