Potential ffmpeg candidate
I have use jellyfin before and they have great workaround for rpi4 hw acceleration and this project is a really good example of cross compiling stuff for the rpi. https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin-ffmpeg
latest build has

Found one downside with arm build x11grab/xcbgrab and sdl2 disabled
