Request: Use .deb package instead of PPA for VeraCrypt

deb-get uses the Ubuntu PPA for VeraCrypt instead of the .deb package, which is a rather odd choice. This unnecessarily precludes Debian. This has been mentioned previously by @sbstn87 and @philclifford here, but ignored.
