LDC 1.8 now has musl C support

FYI I am aware of this and it's great news, but I'm currently busy with other things, so don't expect anything in the near future. I am happy to review PRs or help you to get started though.

As mensioned in https://github.com/wilzbach/dlang-docker/pull/13#issuecomment-560396644, ldc, gdc and dmd are now provided as the official packages in Alpine Linux. Can I send a PR for {ldc,gdc,dmd}-alpine?
