Maybe the responsible thing to do would be add a disclaimer saying it doesn't work (or archive the repo), or further instructions about how to make it work.
It states in the first line that the project is a WIP. But it should still work and has migrated several people until now.
Are your movies linked to IMDB or TVDB in Plex?
But I do agree this needs repo needs some work, it is somewhere on the list :)
I thought they were linked using both IMDB and TVDB but the script continually doesn’t find a match.
Fiddled with the agent settings, ran a re scan. Still no dice.

Hey @Coo-ops, FYI I believe the PR for #24 will address your issues as the tool now matches items based on media path.
At first glance this might sound unreliable but in this use case — migrating watched states only, from one media management app to another, for the same media collection — it's probably the most reliable!
