Dropdown menu refactor

To fit the new wireframe. This is in the dropdownmenu.coffee plugin.

Run wild, and fill in what you think should be there.

Have started this (in an ugly but functional form) on the branch newsel

@davidfurlong @vpontis Take a look and we can start cleaning up the css of the view.

Some things that stand out include (feel free to add here):

• [ ] making the link names autoshorten
• [ ] deciding if the color on the spokes should be shown on the border or as the background (note that spokes are links that have the selected node at the center)
