Make command not run automatically

I just moved from Ubuntu to Arch recently and noticed this plugin wasn't working. So after looking at messages in Neovim, I found that there was no binary in the ~/.local/share/nvim/lazy/moveline.nvim folder.

I had to do a make there manually for this to work. Any idea why that might be?
