Feature Request: GIF to MP4

Interested to know if there's a way of implementing gif to mp4 (as seen by commercial providers such as https://cloudinary.com/).

I'm sure it's possible... there appear to be at least a few mp4 libraries in go. I'd be happy to review the code if you or someone want to take a stab at implementing it, but it's not likely something I would get to myself.
