Transformed GIF flickers

We're experiencing an issue where, after applying cw-1 as option, a original, well-behaving GIF starts to flicker. We have tried other parsing options but the result is the same.

We're using latest version (v0.10.0).

Thanks for the good reproduction case. This is definitely an issue in the gifresize library, so I'll move this issue there. Simple reproduction steps there:
