I think [1Password for Teams](https://teams.1password.com/) would be one solution. It's currently still in beta, so it's free. The [pricing page](https://teams.1password.com/pricing/) says it'll be $4.99 per user after that though.
Not triple quotes, but 3 backticks. eg (without a space between them): ``` SELECT * FROM TableName `` ` ```
