- changing the priority to low. - tagging "kucalc" since this can only happen there - in practice in prod this never happens since it's not like google cloud storage...
Files now open when the blob is gone, and admins get an alert. We'll see what is really going on based on those alerts.

This is very much still a bug, and even worse, since Format is a button on every code cell now!
Incidentally, with Sage, I think we should maybe consider supporting formatting anyways. We could run the python formatter and if it works, use it; if not, do nothing. A lot...
I was the only person that worked on this project, and I haven't had time to work on it for a while, so it's unlikely you'll get an answer here....
