Idea: Use alternative VPC instead of the "default"

Add a dropdown to the configure screen that allows the user to select from existing VPCs in the selected region. If the region selection changes, refresh the VPC list. If no VPC exists, create a new VPC during init. Add a (+) button next to the dropdown to allow users to create new VPCs.
