Bad IPP Response crashes Node.JS Process

Although I have the strong feeling that this repository is no longer maintained: please check https://github.com/williamkapke/ipp/pull/99.

This is a quite small fix which helps to avoid the process to crash when for some reason the IPP response package can not be parsed.
