Fix typo in README.md

Hi, I updated 'latest' to alpine 3.19 - I guess this was a typo / copy paste and I stumbled upon the wrong link of alpine 3.19 image. So I thought I'll provide a quick PR to fix it. 😉

okay, I just saw that in gitlab ci it uses alpine 3.18 so, I'll provide an update which only updates 3.19 Dockerfile.
