Can't use caniuse

I have this issue since 6 months now, I can't use the workflow anymore as this error message appears after typing "caniuse + [...]".

I've checked the mentionned path & the folder exists.

facing same issue on mac m1 pro

Running "brew install php" in the terminal fixed this issue.
