Publish to Maven Central

I see this was merged https://github.com/wille/oslib/issues/3 but the publishing step doesn't seem to have happened, which means we can't use this via Maven.

Am I missing something?

You can use jitpack to build and serve you the dependencies with your favourite build tool, gradle/maven etc.
