As a workaround, right clicking on the link and opening in a new tab does cause safari to download it correctly, but this is not self-evident to students.

@azzamsa @JP-Ellis does the modified `__DOOMSTEP` syntax from #6970 work for you all? I can confirm that it does work for netbsd, which seems to have a similar error.

Apologies for the long delay on this one. #5378 allows the reduced test case to build here.

Fixed with #5378.

Closing this issue. The fault was in the `foo.sh` script running the command providing the condition, not any of the tools here.

This project uses geotools, which still has some dependencies on JTS 1.14. It seems like the main use of geotools here is [transforming points between projections](https://github.com/conveyal/gtfs-lib/blob/15ae095f9018ad4f4a7316f4a1eaf789ff498c2c/src/main/java/com/conveyal/gtfs/validator/service/GeoUtils.java#L73).
