How to fix general Synchronization issue

Hi @willblaschko @JeremiahStephenson @jorgesilva @mattgmg1990 @quangson91 Could you please check my general clarification regarding Alexa.

In alexa client application user set three timers in different time. After turn off the application/device user delete one of the timers via alexa web application or Alexa companion app . During the System on or System off time alexa client application have three timers but AVS have only two timers, one timer deleted via alexa web app.

As per our understanding for synchronizing with AVS and alexa application , alexa application will be send “SynchronizeState Event” during Application/Device switch on time. But we couldn't identify any directive for identifying which timer is currently stopped in AVS. Could you please share how to synchronize timers/remiders/alarms with AVS
