Win7/Win10收到消息时，系统栏不闪烁，并且没有通知弹框。 复现过程：登录内网微信，别人发送消息此时系统栏闪烁并且有通知弹框，然后打开对应对话框，然后缩小至任务栏，再发过来的消息就不提示+闪烁了。
