IOS18.4无消息弹窗

IOS客户端上架了appstore 我有一台IOS16.2的手机，一台IOS18.4的手机，使用的消息服务是最新的，我的IOS16.2有离线推送和消息弹窗，但是18.4的手机没有消息弹窗，只有角标的更新
