Rethink the concept of views

There are currently 2 types of views:

  • that show private info of logged in user
    • required login - private info is fetched and doesn't make sense with only public info
    • info is provided fron logged in user WT name
      • the WikiTree ID entry can be hidden or disabled
  • that show generic info
    • optional login - at least public info is provided
    • info is provided from WT name (e. g. Windsor-1)
