Conflicting license information for jquery.i18n

On your github home page https://github.com/wikimedia/jquery.i18n, the license link states that jquery.i18n uses GPL-2.0 which we cannot use in our product. However if you click on the GPL icon, it takes you to a page where it says MIT license, which we can use in our product. https://github.com/wikimedia/jquery.i18n/blob/master/MIT-LICENSE. Can you tell me which license jquery.i18n is using?

jquery.i18n is dual licensed - GPL-2.0 and MIT.
