Use new MW REST endpoints for reading lists.

This switches to using the new MW REST endpoints for managing reading lists. The functionality shouldn't change, merely the URLs and the structure of some of the responses.

(For now, this is for testing purposes only, while we iron out any remaining issues with compatibility with the old RESTBase endpoints.)
