Use coroutine and viewModel on Suggested edits related classes

• Uses Coroutine and ViewModel on Suggested edits provider class and fragments.
• Simplified loading status.
• Optimized Suggested edits client on the explore fee.

The PR is ready for review again, although I am still trying to find an alternative way of not reloading the fragment + not using the map.
