Use AfC-submit-wizard for handling submissions?

AFCH has a submit functionality which submits directly by prepending the submit template on the page. Instead, I suggest AFCH redirect to the AfC-submit-wizard instead.

Benefits:

  • drafts get categorized helping some reviewers find what they're looking for. Nevertheless, all fields are optional so busy reviewers can skip them. (If used for resubmits, previously entered classifications don't have to be re-entered.)
  • AfC-submit-wizard is currently in the precarious situation where if it breaks due to upstream mediawiki/browser changes, it might go unreported for a while because it is used just by unregistered and new users, who may not figure out how to report issues.

I can see where you're coming from, but if I'm going to resubmit a draft I don't want to have to go to another page to fill out a form; I just want to click a few buttons. Yes, I realise I'm lazy, but 99% of the time when I'm resubmitting a draft it is because a previous reviewer was wrong but intervening diffs mean I cannot just undo their edit (so a fresh submit is more appropriate).

I think this should probably get input from reviewers as a body (i.e. at WT:AFC) because there are only a handful of folks watching this gadget.
