When accepting, let page movers do a round-robin move over redirects with non-trivial history

Currently if there is an existing redirect of the same title as the draft in the mainspace, the script prevents a move. Thus a reviewer calls in an admin to G6 the redirect. However, there are some reviewers with page mover right and they can help by doing a round robin move.

If it is possible, extend the script to check if the reviewer has page mover right, and execute a round robin page move (possibly after prompting/reminding the reviewer with the standard notice on executing such page moves) as part of the acceptance flow.
