Invalid LICENSE

According to the license file, this software is released under GPL v3. However, GPL is not compatible with CC-BY-SA 3.0 which is required for any material pasted on to the wiki.

IANAL, but I think this should be dual-licensed as GPL + CC-BY-SA. The code is already implicitly released under CC-BY-SA by virtue of being copied to the wiki.

Heh, yeah, the licensing situation is very dubious. Dunno what to do about it.

We can take a leaf from WordPress Gutenberg dual licensing situation, to ask for permission to dual license the codes here. Over there, the dual licensing timeline is slow due to them having hundreds of the contributors and thousands of LOCs. https://make.wordpress.org/core/2021/03/05/dual-licensing-gutenberg-next-steps/ We have 16 contributors on this project, a couple of hundreds of LOCs to seek permission from/for, or otherwise rewrite for the dual licensing to be in effect.
