Decline reason preview box bug

Steps to reproduce:

  • Go to a random draft that is submitted and in the queue
  • Hit decline
  • Pick a reason
  • Hit preview
  • Pick a second reason
  • The preview box will say something like "bio,v" instead of the reason previews
