you could try to execute the program in a console and repport some logs. btw, this is the script executed https://github.com/wiiznokes/LibreFanControl/blob/main/LibreFanControl/app/include/windows/scripts/install.ps1. it depend on https://github.com/wiiznokes/LibreFanControl/blob/main/LibreFanControl/app/include/windows/scripts/Manager.ps1. you could try this and see what is going on. But Windows7 is not supported, sorry, but i could help you with more logs
