[ENH] TenetoBIDS should only select relevant files

Description: one confusing problem that has been encountered is that tnet.get_selected_files() returns files that won't be run on in fmriprep output (e.g. events). tnet.get_selected_files could perhaps take an argument as an input to show what will be run with that function.
