Change Request: Make booking parameters item-specific

To make the plugin more flexible for usage with several items (and different preferences per item, or different owners per item), we suggest this:

Move the booking parameters from the global plugin parameters into the items and make them item-specific:

  • Max. Bookable Days
  • Max. Displayed Days
  • Booking During Closed Days allowed?

Besides that it would also be nice to have an additional flag to decide how consecutive closed days should be counted: N closed days are counted as 0,1 or N days.
