Make "booking comment" intuitive to users

The comment feature is widely misunderstood by our users in Dresden. We expect them to leave a short comment about their planned use ("shopping", "transport of small tree", "trip with the children"), but in more than 90% of the cases, they don't leave a comment at all. The comments actually written are 50% comments like we expect them and 50% are questions or notices about broken parts of the bike, which they obviously don't expect to be published.

It would be great, if the field for adding a booking comment would appear in the booking process itself (right now it appears after the booking was confirmed). It would also be great to add a (customizable?) explanation maybe including an example to guide the users.
