Doesn't play well with mailto links

It seems to try to crawl mailto links. For example if http://www.foo.com/contact has a <a href="mailto:[email protected]">Email Us!</a> link, it will try to go to http://www.foo.com/[email protected]

I found the same issue. Otherwise it seems to work perfectly. An option to ignore some specific file extensions would also be fine.
