Disable VHost Feature

There should be an option to disable a virtual host. Based on this setting the virtual host should no longer be active / reachable via http(s).

Important is that the renewal of the ssl certificate should also be disabled for this virtual host. Otherwise it would fail, as it’s not reachable.
