You can probably use the ultrafeeder container to dump to XML if you want to. But it's a bit of a learning curve. That's if you still have your data.
If you want to upload them i could even do it for you i suppose .... :)
Export on an old system. You can still find such images for raspbian.
The docs already have documentation on how to export / import XML. So i expect most people look at the disclaimers of exporting data which state that you need to...
