Update changelog on docs

The changelog in the docs only documents up to version 1.44 while the solara tags are up to 1.50.1. It would be nice to keep either the changelog updated, or add Github Releases with notes. That way users know what has changed in each tag, bugs fixed, etc, to know if they need to update their applications.

@havok2063 - agree, unfortunately it doesn't appear high on the team's priority list: #1047

To reiterate, GitHub Releases automatically provides a fairly sufficient changelog based on merged PRs between releases. I think this is low overhead and would love for this to be considered.

@maartenbreddels Any chance you can update the changelog in the docs to document what has changed from versions 1.44 to 1.51? Or add release notes to the tags on github? This would be helpful in diagnosing issues when updating or whether it's safe to bump production apps to the next version or not.
