NSFW channel support

Right now you can access every channel the bot has read permissions for without any warnings whatsoever. This can be dangerous in cases of NSFW-labeled channels, as those can contain material that some people might not wanna see.

My suggestion is to add a indicator to the channel-name (like discord does) and also provide a warning about the channel being NSFW, when accessing it for the first time.
