Make embed auto-paste written text when website refreshes

When entering a text and not sending it and hitting "F5" (refresh), the text is gone. Would appreciate this implementation.

Is it possible to save text on "F5" keypress or is that too late? Maybe a "save text every 2 seconds" function? And then "on F5 key press wait for page load, then open widget and paste text" ?
