Changes at the end of a file not being indicated in the sidebar

If you have a document that's around 100 lines long on the latest Firefox or 400 lines long on the latest Chrome, and the only difference is that there is a change at the end of the right document, that change won't appear in the sidebar. This has led to me missing changes at the end of documents when diffing files.
