最新版docker未启动crond服务

Qinglong version

v2.19.2

Steps to reproduce

更新到最新版本docker后发现定时任务未能自动执行，手动可以执行成功

What is expected?

原因为https://github.com/whyour/qinglong/blob/v2.19.2/docker/docker-entrypoint.sh#L42C1-L42C18，应改回crond -f >/dev/null

What is actually happening?

发现是crond服务没启动

2.19.2 分支的有问题 用 latest 镜像是可以的，刚才更新了下 2.19.2 的镜像
