Overlapping graphics when viewing an app in one's library

v4.0.5.36 on lineage_kiwi-userdebug 10 QQ3A.200805.001 e9d1762c21 running Android 10:

1. Go to My apps & games
2. Go to Library
3. Tap an app in there and see:

The odd thing is that this wasn't consistent and only happened once, so far, but it was sure weird to witness.
