Selection of anonymous accounts in multiple countries

Recently, I wiped my phone and put a new MicroG-enabled ROM on it. I was dismayed to find that several attempts to set Aurora Store up with the anonymous credentials left me with many apps simply being missing from my searches. After seeing some others with the same issue on Reddit, and suggestions that the apps are region-locked, I used my real Google account. Once I did that, the missing apps appeared.

Since I would like to not put my Google account at risk, and to use anonymous accounts for privacy reasons, I would like to know how feasible it would be to have a selection of anonymous accounts in the app, with choices available in multiple regions. Is something like this doable?

According to what I can find on the internet, the region selector apparently was removed (or not added back) with the rewritten version 4. Sadly, the pool of region-locked apps is pretty huge, so this is an essential feature in my opinion.
