Support drift detection as standalone method outside of interactive environment

Description

Feature request for drift detection as standalone method:

drift detection and other profile comparison methods are defined in our notebook profile viz extensions, but many of these methods would be useful as standalone functionality that could be useful in scripts validating profiles against reference or trailing windows of profiles without requiring interactive notebook environment: e.g. decoupling some of the functionality here:https://github.com/whylabs/whylogs/blob/v1.0.8/python/whylogs/viz/notebook_profile_viz.py#L28
