Re-add the ability to have a custom endpoint on articles in the feed

This resolves issue #49 - and provides greater control for testing environments.

Two things about this.

  1. The canonical URL should point to the main post, not the fb-instant version. We should remove that filter, and the method with it.
  2. Can you create a new PR off of master that has a cleaner revision history?
