[remote] Make tap play from currently showing screenshot

This is for the remote feature of VHA, repository: https://github.com/whyboris/Video-Hub-App-remote

Presently, clicking on the video will play from the location where you tapped (along the x-axis / time-axis) rather than from the last-shown screenshot when scrubbing.

The desired behavior is:

• clicking on any video will play from the beginning
• if you press down and scrub to see another screenshot, after letting go, clicking anywhere should play the video from that screenshot 🚀
