[BUG] rescan does not update hub collection when videos are removed

Description

To Reproduce

1. move / delete some videos from "source folder" (via computer, not via VHA)
2. in "Current hub" tab click rescan
3. notice that no videos got removed from the hub / gallery
4. 🤦‍♂️

Expected behavior

Hub / gallery / number of files should be updated.

Actual behavior

Not updated

Environment

• OS: Windows / Mac / Linux
• VHA version: 3.2.0

Additional context

If you also add a more than one video and rescan the hub will be updated.

ps - if only one video is added the app might not update 😔
