Created zh-traditional.json for Traditional Chinese

There was a translation for Simplified Chinese, but not for Traditional. I added it so the app could be more accessible for people living in Taiwan/Hong Kong/Macau.

Hey @ducdamchi - I really appreciate the work you've done and intend to add this before the next release 🙇‍♂️ ❤️ I'm aiming for early 2026, so I'd love to merge it in the coming month or two 🤝 I see you've removed the fork of VHA so the PR can't be re-opened, but I'll be able to create my own branch with your work and give you credit in the release notes when the new version comes out 🙇
