Kiosk mode (via shortcut key) - improve behavior

Currently if you toggle the search bar closed and then press CTRL + K (for "kiosk mode") all panels will close, but the search bar will open :trollface:

Also - consider closing the bottom tabs when in kiosk mode 🤔
